Dear singers, I am sure that many of you are desperate to return to singing, whilst others may feel apprehensive while the outlook is still so uncertain. We all miss the communal harmony that our sessions represent but we must, for the moment, remain cautious. The board of trustees met recently and are in agreement that the current situation demands that we are unable to confirm that singing groups will recommence meeting face-to-face from September at present as we must bear in mind the demographic of our groups, the wellbeing of our facilitators and potential decreasing immunity in our members in the early autumn. We will send an update as soon as we can. Meanwhile, it would be most helpful to us to have an idea of how many of you are planning to return to your groups when we do recommence, so please could you advise your relevant contact as to whether you plan to return to your singing group as follows: AMICI CHORUS Sarah Nightingale This email address is being protected from spambots.  Cari Amici ,

I do hope  that you are keeping safe and well as we bathe in sunshine at this strangest of times. I bashed saucepan lids and clapped wildly on Thursday last
and then decided to play Somewhere over the Rainbow from my balcony to as much of Folkestone as possible! I made a little recording on my I phone next morning to send to you and other friends. I hope you enjoy and perhaps can sing along.
I wonder if you listened to St John yesterday in the recording of a concert given two years ago by John Butt directing Welsh National Orchestra and Chorus. Wonderful singing ...such an emotive Evangelist. I really liked the interview with John before the broadcast.

Wishing you a very happy Easter
With all best wishes

Grenville
